About Us

Our Approach

After viewing our model homes we will offer you a free, no obligation visit to your building site to discuss your housing needs. At that time we will also discuss onsite work associated with the setup of your new home. Our discussions will include cost and responsibilities of both parties. When you do decide to purchase as with any reputable company, a deposit is not required until after a site visit and a detailed site work responsibility agreement is
fully understood.

Modular Homes hold their value

Modular homes are an ideal solution for farmers who need accommodation for farm help, landlords looking to affordable, comfortable rental solutions, and young families who plan to move into larger accommodations in the future.

On resale modular homes can be sold on a lot, the lot being part of the purchase price, or the lot can be leased to the homeowner.

Or the home can be removed from the lot, giving the landowner the option of selling a fully serviced lot as well as a home and giving the purchaser the option of relocating his home to another area where general market values are higher.

The homeowner also has the option of trading his home in on a larger sectional home.

What other form of housing offers so much versatility and so many options.
