All of our homes are built in a climate-controlled factory in Tracadie, New Brunswick. As much work as possible is completed in your home prior to delivery. This means that your home is completely protected from moisture during the build process.

Upon placing your deposit and completing your design choices, the build time for your custom home is approximately 4 months. Should you purchase one of our in stock model homes, delivery can be arranged as soon as you are ready.

You may change many aspects of your home’s layout so that it better suits your needs. Move an interior wall, remove a wall, add windows etc. Our team would be happy to sit down with you are let you know what is possible within your budget.

The type of foundation you require will be dependent on your choice of model. Every home is CSA A-277 certified and labeled as such. Homes designed for surface foundations are also labeled “deformation resistant compliant” as outlined by CSA and OBC.Mini homes can be placed on surface foundations, frost protected concrete foundations, concrete crawl spaces, or full basements.South Shore can help you choose a foundation option to best suit your particular site and budget.

All of our homes are covered under a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty through us, as well as a 2 year water penetration warranty, and a 8 year structural warranty through Lux Residential.
